About Centre Against Sexual Assault Central Victoria (CASACV):

CASACV is a dynamic feminist-based organisation offering specialist trauma informed services to clients and community impacted by sexual violence across the central Victoria region. We deliver 24-hour crisis care support, therapeutic counselling, early intervention, outreach services, professional education and training, and research.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced person to lead CASACV Business Services. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and compliance in the areas of finance, quality management, human resources and operations management.

This role forms part of the Management Team of CASACV.

About You:

You hold a tertiary qualification Degree or Diploma level qualification in the area of Human Resource Management, finance and/or business management or a minimum 5 years’ experience working with the Human Services/ Not for Profit sector.

You have demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams to deliver business operations. You have a knowledge of finance, human resources, quality improvement, project management and legislation relating to the delivery of human services.
