As an Administration Support Officer at our headspace facility you will work with the team to create a safe and welcoming environment for young people accessing the service. You will be the first point of contact for young people making them feel welcome and supported. You will provide front of house and administrative support to the headspace team.

To be successful for this position you will require;

  • Demonstrated experience working in a wide-ranging administrative or office management role.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check.
  • Current drivers’ licence and willingness to travel as part of the role where required.
  • Latrobe Community Health Service complies with infectious disease control and immunisation requirements under legislation. This position is classified as a Health Care Worker B. Evidence of immunisation history must be provided prior to confirmed appointment.
