The Area Manager will provide leadership to a transdisciplinary team of ECEI professional staff to ensure that a high-quality service, based on best practice early childhood standards that assists families who have a child with a disability/developmental delay is delivered.
This position requires you to innovate, model a collaborative, family-centred approach and seek to actively build the capacity of families and carers to support children with disability/developmental delay. You will also oversee the continuous development of Early Supports and Short Term Intervention.
In addition, you will manage the smooth functioning of the team, ensuring that high quality performance outcomes, budget, data reporting and administrative requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
