In this role you’ll be working within the NDIS Directorate to support the local community to enable connection of people with disability with the services and programs that will make a real difference to their quality of life on a scale never seen before.
This is an exciting opportunity to raise awareness of the issues that affect the social and economic participation of people with disability and support the community to understand how they can create opportunities for greater social and economic participation of people with disabilities, their carers and families.
As a Community Engagement Coordinator you will support inclusion in the local community for people with disability, ensuring they have opportunities to be actively engaged and valued members of their community.
You will be required to undertake the NDIS Worker Screening check if you are successful for employment with Latrobe Community Health Service.
