We are looking for a passionate nurse who is looking to apply their talents and efforts in helping the community members who most need it.

As a Continence Nurse Advisor, you will carry out comprehensive assessments, care planning and treatment for outpatient clients who are experiencing continence difficulties. You will provide specialist education and advice to colleagues and clients regarding continence management.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Degree in Nursing which meets the requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Post Grad qualification in Continence Management, working toward, or willing to complete course within first 12 months employment
  • Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
  • Current Victorian driver’s licence
  • Latrobe Community Health Service complies with infectious disease control and immunisation requirements under legislation. This position is classified as a Health Care Worker A. Evidence of immunisation history and any mandated government vaccinations e.g. COVID 19 must be provided prior to confirmed appointment unless otherwise medically exempt (evidence of medical exemption must be supplied).
