As an ECEI Coordinator you will be part of a diverse team of allied health and early childhood professionals supporting children with developmental concerns and/or disabilities and their families. You will use a family centred approach to gather information to identify the appropriate pathway for children and their families.

A focus of this approach is to ensure that the children and their families receive the supports and services they require to meet their individual goals and needs. This may include short term interventions, community or mainstream supports, access to the NDIS or a combination of these.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education, Allied Health, Social Work, and Psychology Registration with AHPRA, VIT, SPA, AASW or equivalent professional membership
  • Previous experience in working with children 0-6 years
  • Experience in working with children with delays and disabilities is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You will be required to undertake the NDIS Worker Screening check if you are successful for employment with Latrobe Community Health Service.
