We are looking for a passionate ECEI Workplace Trainer who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.

The ECEI Workplace Trainer supports the training and development needs of the ECEI Team, delivering training in line with the best practice, family centred approach. As the ECEI Workplace Trainer, you will work collaboratively with other ECEI Workplace Trainers and you will work across service delivery areas to ensure consistency of practice. The ECEI Workplace Trainer will support induction processes, provide shadowing, mentoring and coaching to ECEI Co-ordinators along with supporting ECEI Coordinators with complex planning and short term interventions. In addition, the ECEI Workplace Trainer will hold a flexible caseload including complex cases.

To be successful, you will require:

  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience in Early Childhood Early Intervention and a sound understanding of child development, ECEI approach and best practice guidelines
  • Bachelor Degree in an appropriate Allied Health discipline or Early Childhood Education
  • Ability to travel across areas and work independently and flexibility as required
  • Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or the willingness to complete this)
  • A current Working with Children Check
