The Masters Graduate is a dynamic new role, providing a unique opportunity to work across the whole organisation and have responsibility for the delivery of strategic projects. The role allows you to be immersed in all four LCHS directorates and gain exposure and experience in both day to day operational management and strategic leadership. This role is ideal for anyone interested in fast tracking their management career aspirations within the community health field.

Your role and Responsibilities:

  • Undertake identified strategic projects across the organisation, aiming to achieve continuous quality improvement and support organisation objectives.
  • Proactively engage with all programs across the organisation to develop a holistic understanding of the LCHS business.
  • Transfer theoretical knowledge into practical demonstration.

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • A collaborative communicator who can work as part of a transdisciplinary team.
  • An analytical thinker with strong organisational skills.
  • Willing to seek out learning and innovation opportunities.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Masters Degree in Public Health or Health Management
  • Current Victorian driver’s licence.
  • Current Employee Working with Children Check
