We are looking for a motivated nurse, who has a passion for working with vulnerable children and their carers and is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.
The Pathways to Good Health Nurse coordinates the Pathways to Good Health Clinic where children in Out of Home Care have a comprehensive assessment and care plan developed by the multidisciplinary team including Paediatrician, Psychologist, Speech Pathologist and Nurse. The Pathways to Good Health Nurse also has an outreach component to the role where the nurse provides outreach services to residential care homes.
