We are looking for an experienced and energetic Dental Prosthetist with excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills, who wants to contribute to the development of a high performing Dental Prosthetics team, apply modern digital technologies and support the development of the future dental prosthetics workforce in the rural and metro areas.
Reporting to the Manager Oral Health Metro and Dental Prosthetics, the Team Leader - Dental Prosthetics is a key stakeholder in planning and responding to opportunities for Dental Prosthetics service growth.
You will perform a hybrid role, including providing dental prosthetic services to LCHS clients, clinical leadership to Dental Prosthetists and Dental Technicians and managing client feedback.
You will also be required to develop, manage and lead the dental prosthetics team to achieve the program’s objectives, overseeing the dental laboratory’s organisation and processes, monitoring and managing the dental laboratory’s performance and coordinating a high quality vocational education and training program for the laboratory technician apprentices.
