We are looking for a passionate workplace trainer who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.

You will receive regular feedback and learnings to enhance your ability to be successful. We’ll provide you with comprehensive training before starting in the role, and the ongoing culture of team support will ensure you’re better able to apply the theory in practice.

We are looking for a passionate and professional individual who is looking for an opportunity to provide support and deliver training to the Local Area Coordination (LAC) service in accordance with NDIA procedures, ensuring staff meet all NDIA requirements.

The Workplace Trainer will provide training, assessment, guidance and subject matter expertise to a team of LAC professionals. The role will entail, training and mentoring new starters as well as development of experienced LAC’s who are expanding their skill and knowledge. You will participate in train the trainer sessions with the NDIA and LCHS with the aim to cascade consistent training across the LAC team.
