The key responsibilities will include:

  • The administration and implementation of all HR compliance requirements (probity, employment legislation, regulatory and audit requirements)
  • Ensure the compilation of HR compliance documentation to ensure the achievement of recruitment and audit timeframes
  • Prepare documentation to ensure compliance with Human Resources mandatory reporting requirements to relevant regulatory bodies and Lifestyle Solutions Executive/Board
  • Ensuring compliance with all Lifestyle Solutions policies and procedures (including privacy and confidentiality requirements
  • Provide general HR system administration support and response 

Make It Matter - What you will bring to make a difference in other's lives

The successful candidate with bring:

  • Certificate III in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience in working with a variety of HR information systems and business technologies
  • Proven ability to effectively complete high volume highly detailed work
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience in working with Human Resources systems and processes in a large organisation
  • Proven ability to work with confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain compliance registers
  • Experience in the coordination and implementation of compliance corrective actions with internal stakeholders • Understanding of how to generate employment documents in accordance with templates
  • Proven ability to effectively collate, file and store confidential employment documentation in accordance with organisational procedures
  • Demonstrated interest in HR best practices 
  • Ideally be available for an immediate start
