About the role:

We are looking for a passionate Safety and Wellness Administrator. This position is responsible for assisting the Safety and Wellness Team to meet our regulatory and legislative requirements, ensuring we are reporting and monitoring the safety of our teams and supporting our injured employees. 

In this role you will:

  • Provide support to the S&W Team in a broad range of administrative functions primarily in maintenance of various systems and register
  • Collating data and preparing reports
  • Assisting in the preparation, review and control of policies, process and procedural documents within SharePoint 
  • Partnering with our teams to conduct and monitor Internal Audits
  • Support our Injury Managers in managing all administrative components of claims including PIAWE with payroll, monitoring injury management progress and assisting our injured employees to returning to work

What you will bring to this role:

  • Experience in safety management systems
  • Experience in Incident, Injury and Hazard Improvement Management including injury management
  • Well-developed communication and inter-personal skills
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office software products particularly excel
  • Internal auditor qualifications or willingness to attain
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or other relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable
