About the role

Two full time permanent positions available, to be based in either Newcastle or Sydney. These roles would suit an experienced recruiter with experience in managing high volume portfolios, either in an agency or internally.

Managing end to end recruitment for a number of key stakeholders, your priority focus will be on hiring high quality Disability and Therapeutic Youth Workers across either our Disability or Child & Family services.

Key role responsibilities include:

• End to end management of both the candidate and hiring team member's recruitment experience
• Day to day updates with stakeholders to manage expectations and conducting weekly/monthly progress reports/meetings
• Effectively utilise the Lifestyle Solutions workforce profiling and selection technologies and processes
• Establishing and maintaining a structured and up to date talent pipeline
• Maintaining an up-to-date Talent Dashboard within our applicant tracking system
• Ensuring both a high fill and retention rate as well as achieving stakeholder satisfaction standards

About You

We're seeking a candidate with a strong customer service orientation with the ability to multitask and be a true team player in our talent space.

Key selection criteria include:

• Demonstrated ability to professionally manage a high volume recruitment portfolio
• Demonstrated analytical ability (organisation needs, labour market and talent pipeline)
• Relevant degree qualification (post graduate desirable)
• Demonstrated ability to implement talent management strategies which suit the organisation's needs
• Extensive experience with progressive recruitment and talent management systems, approaches, technologies and methodologies.
• Track record of identifying and implementing solutions to novel and emerging talent problems
• Knowledge of the Human Services Sector (desirable)
• Ability to work in both proactive and reactive modes
