About the role

Reporting to the Design Manager the Experience Designer will define user-centred solutions to problems and customer needs. This is a permanent full time role that can be based from any of our offices with flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of business problems, user needs, and technological constraints
  • Discover new ideas and create concepts to analyse and validate with customers and the business
  • Design, facilitate and analyse tests of our products through appropriate methods
  • Work within, contribute to, and improve a cohesive design system

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in experience design or a related field
  • Experience working on software development projects / products
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating groups of complex stakeholders to agreement
  • Experience creating design documentation to support software development
  • Expertise in design software (for example Sketch, Adobe, Invision, and Flinto)
  • Strong understanding of Agile tools and techniques such as Lean, Scrum and Design Thinking

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
