As a member of the house team at 4 Glengala Court and as an experienced Disability Support Worker you will be responsible for providing support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing and monitoring Individual Client Plan’s. The client group are welcoming, active and relatively independent; requiring positive skill development support and limited personal care assistance.
Working to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for the 5 male clients within the house (age range 30’s -40’s). This role involves working with clients with various support needs and moderate behaviours of concern. The roster hours: 49/40 per fortnight comprises a mix of Mornings/afternoon and evening shifts (some split shifts) including 4 sleep-over shifts per roster. This is a great opportunity to join a positive and supportive team assisting clients achieve positive outcomes in terms of skills, decision making and independence. The team are experienced, welcoming and supportive and the atmosphere in the house is positive and friendly.
