Leading a team of Disability Support Workers across 2 Supported Independent Living sites in Sydney, you will supervise service delivery ensuring clients are enabled to maximise choice and control, and employees are actively supporting services to be safe and compliant. This is a permanent full-time opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where you will demonstrate your leadership experience in the disability sector and focus on strength-based practice and empowerment.
Please note that this role is known internally as Disability Support Leader. The position reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager.
To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or hold a valid medical exemption certificate. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status during the recruitment process.
