We are delivering NDIS support to clients living in their community and seeking Support Workers to deliver quality services on a permanent part-time basis up to 38 hours per week for the Adelaide Metro area.
These roles are responsible for providing support for people with disabilities to enable access to a quality life with dignity, respect and social inclusion in the least restrictive and safe environment.
You will be required to demonstrate previous experience working with behaviours of concern and people requiring mental health supports, have strong knowledge of relevant legislation as well as excellent skills in communicating effectively with a diverse group of key stakeholders.
Please note: To be considered for these roles, you must be available and willing to work within a roster that includes regular shift work rostered 7 days a week in Lifestyle Community program from 8.00 am-8.00 pm. There is the option to work in Supported Independent Living houses (SIL) on a 24-hour roster 7 days a week, including weekends, public holidays, and sleepovers.
Successful candidates will be required to undertake probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and a DCSI Disability Employment clearance/NDIS check.
