About the role

This is a permanent full-time role, location flexible anywhere in Australia.  You will be a part of the National Practice Assurance team supporting and enabling Client Services.  You will support systems and processes related to safeguarding and quality management, including, management of data sources, reporting and analysis and contribution to continuous improvement as part of a Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Client Services staff to access systems, create records and access data
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of corporate information systems
  • Develop and maintain local information systems, national database data input, analysis and reporting, compiling information from existing systems, Client Services and other sources
  • Generate statutory reports to the National Disability Insurance Scheme Quality and Safeguards Commission and other regulatory bodies
  • Generate routine and ad hoc data reports
  • Use data to identify and report systemic issues that relate to quality and compliance
  • Assist in the creation and monitoring of quality and compliance performance indicators
  • Arrange and participate in the placement of documents and files onto the intranet and other systems

 Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in the development and use of data systems
  • Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and delivering high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
  • Demonstrated experience working with a range of systems and databases e.g., MS Access, CRM
  • Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including peers, employees, external organisations, funding bodies and government agencies
  • Proficient ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs, specifically Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
