About the role

This is a new role reporting to the Senior Project Manager.  You will manage and monitor the services provided by our facilities maintenance vendor to ensure that all LWB properties are maintained in a satisfactory and safe condition suitable for use by staff, clients and visitors.

This is a permanent full time position, location flexible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the service relationships with  our facilities maintenance vendor by: 
    • Determining the service requirements and schedule for planned and preventative maintenance for LWB properties
    • Review planned and preventative work orders for compliance to SLAs
    • Ensure new and terminated properties planned services are initiated and cancelled accordingly
    • Complete audits at LWB properties
    • Review contractor compliance to induction
  • Respond appropriately to all emergencies and urgent issues and escalate as required
  • Ensure all contractors are inducted and compliant with all LWB policies and procedures
  • Ensure all LWB properties meet HSE requirements and comply with legislative requirements
  • Monitor and demonstrate agreed service levels have been achieved
  • Receive and track of inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and assisting in the facilitation of accurate and timely response
  • Periodically visit states and regions to review quality of works, meet with local teams and Real Estate Agents, conduct HSE and Property Inspections
  • Manage contract SLA performance for allocated state

Skills & Experience

  • A Class C Driver’s License
  • Demonstrated experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience with facilities management software programs
  • Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including peers, employees, external organisations
  • Proficient ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
