The role will be responsible for the management of budgets, human resources, stakeholder relationships and reputation. The incumbent will provide leadership to a team of After-Hours Managers, focusing on client safety, quality, standards, and ensure that contractual and legislative requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and provide subject matter expertise to guide and be a point of escalation to after-hours Practitioners to meet the needs and requirements of CYF teams across jurisdictions.

This role will be key to supporting the management of critical emerging issues as they occur and the incumbent must have strong knowledge of both child protection legislation across multiple Australian jurisdictions to facilitate high quality after-hours responses.
