About the Role  

As a Practice Support Advisor, you will lead and manage identified initiatives within the Disability, Aged Care and Mental Health portfolio to ensure LWB practice and programs enhance the quality of service delivery and outcomes for all clients. 

This is a permanent full time position where the location is flexible.   

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the implementation of initiatives requiring policy and procedural development and legislative compliance 

  • Oversee region wide critical and significant incidents, identifying risks and trends 

  • Coordinate and monitor project implementation and provide real time reporting on status and outcomes 

  • Develop a strong working partnership with practice team members and client services to provide support, skill building and advice  

Your Skills & Experience 

  • Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in Human Services or Social Sciences 

  • Extensive experience & knowledge in best practice of Disability, Mental Health or Aged Care 

  • Proven ability to analyse data, problem solve and develop solutions to improve quality, compliance and performance  

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, project methodology and /or software with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes 

  • Previous success supporting project delivery in a large or high transactional organisation
