As a Program Coordinator for Aged Care in Cairns, you will be responsible for the coordination and leadership of Life Without Barriers programs by reviewing, developing, implementing, and monitoring efficient and effective operating and administrative systems. Managing a team of up to 10 Support Workers, you will provide ongoing supervisions and training for staff. Ideally the successful candidate position will have experience in the industry and knowledge across the Aged Care sector. This is an office based position in Cairns, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm with a monthly rostered day off.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and complete a statutory declaration.
