About the role 

Reporting to the Director, Centre for Practice Excellence you will provide a range of project support to implement the Child Youth and Families Professional Learning pathways. This will include coordination, administration and reporting.

This is a permanent full-time position, location flexible anywhere in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the Director to deliver project milestones.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project team, in particular the Director.
  • Coordinate key milestone and reporting requirements incorporate in the professional learning pathways.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in providing project support in a similar role.
  • Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Proven collaborative problem-solving skills, and ability to think laterally and strategically
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Comprehensive ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including advanced skills in word, excel, teams and PowerPoint

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check.
