About the role

Newly created position, providing a range of project and administrative supports in implementing transformative initiatives including practice improvement and the inclusion of client voice within our Victorian Disability Accommodation Services.

This is a 12-month max term full time contract which can be located anywhere in Australia. However, given the focus of the projects will be based in Melbourne initially and will include consultation with clients and families, the successful candidate may be expected to travel if located in interstate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of projects that deliver business outcomes
  • Undertake research and analysis to support key projects
  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating work and delivering on project milestones
  • Develop and monitor project plans including coordinating resources, tracking budgets and ensuring project milestones are met
  • Provide project administration support which may include preparing status updates, reports and discussion papers for a range of stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience as a Project Coordinator or similar, coordinating a variety of projects that deliver key outcomes within a large organisation
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication skills for creation of reports, correspondence, and other material
  • Ability to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes and to quality standards
  • Proficient ability in the use of MS Office suite of programs
  • Ability to handle sensitive material, demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and operate with integrity and honesty

Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
