Lighthouse Foundation offers an integrated therapeutic model of care for homeless children and young people who predominantly come from a background of long-term neglect and abuse. Our people are dedicated to making a change in our children and young people's lives.

In a Lighthouse home, children, young people and families are supported by live-in Therapeutic Carers as well as specialist services including case management and psychological support.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Welfare Project Manager will be expected to provide high level operational governance, management and leadership to all Lighthouse Programs.
In particular this role will provide operational leadership and guidance to the Parent and Baby and Adolescent programs by providing operational supervision, facilitation of meetings, oversight and alignment of operational procedures and consultation to the development of all Lighthouse Programs.
This role will also require the Welfare Project Manager to ensure the core KPI’s for the P&B and Adolescent programs and yearly operational plans are met.
In working closely with the managers of clinical services, the institute and Foster care the role will provide the Parent and Baby and Adolescent Programs with a high level of thoughtfulness and structure.
