ABOUT THE ROLE

The Administration Assistant will work under guidance of the Office Manager to undertake a range of administration activities that contribute to Lions Outback Vision operational goals and work plans. This role is a full time role (37.5 hours per week) based at the Broome Hub.

To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrable experience and knowledge in the following areas:

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role.
  • Previous experience working in health services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • General understanding of the duties of an Administration Assistant.
  • Enthusiastic "Can Do" attitude.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Independent worker with whole team focus

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as Administration Assistant, you will be reporting to the Office Manager with a primary focus of supporting the daily facilitation of eye health clinics and reception duties.
