Living Proud LGBTIQ+ Community Services of WA is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as the QLife Peer Support Coordinator. As a non-profit organisation serving the Western Australia LGBTIQ+ community, Living Proud provides mental health support, information, and resources to improve the health and wellbeing of LGBTIQ+ individuals through the national QLife peer support service. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by coordinating the QLife peer support volunteer program within our organisation.
The QLife Peer Support Coordinator will be responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision, and support of QLife peer support volunteers within Living Proud. Reporting to the Manager of Counselling, the Peer Support Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the QLife volunteer program and maintaining effective communication with volunteers. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
