About you

  • Do you have aged care experience, particularly in social support services?
  • Are you looking to put your excellent project management skills to good use on a 12-month contract basis?
  • Would you like to perform a senior role within a not-for-profit organisation to transform its already well-established Chats program and ensure a smooth transition to the new support at home program.

About the role

The Program Development Manager will be responsible for positioning the Chats program for future sustainability and expansion. This is a fixed-term, 12-month contract and can be based in either Hobart, Devonport or Launceston.

If you have a strong background in the delivery of older persons social support programs, including experience with the following, then we want to hear from you!

  • Aged care sector
  • Project management
  • High level interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Risk, stakeholder and change management
