Due to an internal movement, we have a full-time (38 hours per week) maximum term contract opportunity until 19 November 2022 working in our Diversion team at Spring Hill.
This would be a fantastic role for a new graduate who is looking to for an opportunity in a not-for-profit, supported by an experienced team to help you build your skill set.
As a Diversion Counsellor, you will provide delivery of diversion programs including the Drug and Alcohol Assessment Referral (DAAR) Program and Police and Court Diversion (PCD). This will include meeting with referred clients to provide assessment and counselling by using both brief intervention and education.
The role is based in Spring Hill where support will be provided from an enthusiastic Program Coordinator and a team of Diversion Counsellors, based across Queensland.
The base salary range for this role is $32.54 – $34.90 per hour + super (10%). Employee perks include $18,540 salary packaging which increases your take home pay.
