About the role

We want to employ an experienced and enthusiastic Program Facilitator to delivery community programs in schools across the Inner Western Suburbs. The position involves working with a range of stakeholders both internal and external and will report to the Education Project Lead. This role may be required to work across multiple streams including Employment Pathways, Family and Community, Settlement Services, and Youth Outreach and services. The ideal candidate will have advanced communication skills both written and oral, confidence to present in front of others, an approachable attitude, and the ability to coordinate work in a team environment.

As the face of our programs a Project Facilitator will embody the LMA’s service delivery model aiming to provide a safe and constructive learning environment. Working within your team to meet time sensitive deadlines, providing support with program administration and reporting are essential in being successful in this role.

Most importantly, we want applicants who are passionate about community development with a strong desire to improve their expertise in serving culturally and linguistically diverse communities. The role requires a dedicated person who is willing to be challenged, adapt and take initiative.

On offer to the successful applicants is a 12-month Casual or Part-time contract. Remuneration commensurate to professional experience will be offered.
