Manage the day-to-day delivery of infrastructure services, operation and maintenance programs and projects and ensure the organisations developmental goals and objectives are achieved through proper purchase, management, use, maintenance and disposal of all assets and facilities owned or leased by the organisation in line with organisation policy and stakeholder and legislative requirements.

Option to salary package a maximum of $15,899 from your gross salary each year; 5 weeks pro rata annual leave per year; and a 35-hour week. Skills and experience
Essential
- Maintain respect for Larrakia people and country.
- Develop and maintain asset management policies and strategies to meet corporate strategic objectives
- Advise and assist managers in acquiring, utilising, maintaining and disposing of assets required to meet organisation objectives
- Facilitate access for managers on asset management matters;
- Maintenance of asset records, asset tracking and ensure that relevant information systems are kept up to date;
- Develop and implement performance management systems to plan and advise managers on the performance of assets under their control;
- Contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the workplace in order to meet organisational objectives. This includes demonstrating appropriate and professional workplace behaviours, providing assistance to team members as required and undertaking other key responsibilities or activities as directed by their direct Manager;
- Act as a first point of contact for all ICT (Information and Communications Technology)-related issues in the organisation, and perform simple ICT-related assistance for staff, such as password resets and setting up email accounts
- Ensure proper management and efficient use of all ICT equipment to achieve organisational objectives, promoting efficiency and ensuring safety
- Manage cyber security and physical security across the corporation
- Manage the corporation insurance program
- Such other duties as may from time to time be delegated
Key Selection Criteria:
- A knowledge of Aboriginal culture and the issues affecting Aboriginal people in the Northern Territory
- Asset Management with comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure and procurement processes, procedures and practices
- Extensive financial asset management knowledge will be highly valued along with previous experience using or supporting business systems
- Demonstrated competency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, MYOB & Databases, Asset Management systems
- Significant experience in written and oral presentations with the ability to draft contracts, reports, policies and procedures relevant to LNAC requirements
- A master in self-organisation - you can balance multiple tasks with varying levels of priority and urgency and are resilient in facing challenging situations and working under pressure
- Provide high level organisational skills with the ability to negotiate, liaise and resolve complex problems
- Current NT Drives Licence (C Class minimum) Working with Children check (OCHRE) and fully COVID Vaccinated (minimum 3 vaccinations)
Desirable
- Identify as Indigenous
- Relevant degree or post graduate qualification or extensive experience in procurement, finance and assets control
