About the role:

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated Corporate Affairs Manager who can grow our reputation as an employer and provider of choice.

You will bring significant experience in corporate affairs, communication management and/or stakeholder engagement and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple, competing priorities. You will have highly developed corporate writing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

You might be a seasoned practitioner looking to move into the not-for-profit space or a 5+ years experienced person looking for a step up to managing a corporate affairs function.

Prior experience in the Aged Care, Community Services and/or non-profit sector would be valued but is not essential.

You will also be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and prepared to undertake a National Criminal History Check.

In collaboration with your colleagues in the broader Customer, Marketing and Product team, success in your role will be demonstrated by:

  • Improved organisational capability in media and crisis management
  • Strong, meaningful relationships between Lutheran Services and key stakeholders, including government, industry, corporate and church
  • Growth of Lutheran Services’ reputation as a provider and employer of choice.

As a member of the Lutheran Services team, you will enjoy a great work-life balance, generous benefits, flexible working arrangements (including hybrid onsite and work from home options) and ongoing opportunities for professional development and career progression.

In addition to your salary, you can access up to $15,900p.a in salary packaging options, which considerably increases your take-home pay!
