About the role

This position will be based in our Alice Springs Office, which is the regional headquarters to councils' 13 remote communities and outstation locations.

As Customer Engagement Officer provides a high level of customer service to MacDonnell Regional Council customers and clients, administrative support to the Corporate Services Directorate, Executive Assistant and the organisation as a whole when required.

About you

Our successful candidate will ideally hold Certificate 2 in administration, governance or equivalent experience in an administration or customer service role, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software, a positive, professional and approachable manner, ability to establish and maintain relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
