We are looking for compassionate people that can be positive role models, give emotional support and are capable of building trust and rapport with staff and young people within our Intensive Family Support Services / Family Care Support Services Program.
This is a Permanent Full-time opportunity based in Pilbara, WA.
The Early Intervention Services programs work alongside parents and family carers who have children in their care to improve safety and connectedness with local community services.
This EIS Case Manager Pilbara is a member of the Early Intervention Services (EIS) and reports to the EIS Coordinator.
The Case Manager will provide initial screening and assessment and develop with families, their family case plan. They will identify barriers and provide practical, in-home support for carers, oversee case management activity, provide parenting and trauma information for carers and specific supports for children to strengthen links to community and culture.

The Australian Government recently introduced the NDIS Worker Screening Check, an additional, national legislated compliance requirement to determine if a person is cleared to work with people with disability. MacKillop requires all client facing staff obtain the NDIS Worker Screening Check.
