This is a Permanent Full-time opportunity based in North Sydney, NSW within our Good Grief Operations / Clinical Services.

Position Purpose

This position is situated within the Good Grief Operations Unit which is responsible for customer support and the sales fulfilment processes around the training delivery of the Seasons for Growth suite of grief and loss education programs.

The Sales Administrator is a member of the Good Grief Operations Unit and reports to the Operations Manager.

Primary Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative support, customer service and delivery of the sales fulfilment process from start to finish in a timely and organised manner working alongside the Training Administrator who will deliver post training fulfilment of resources to newly trained Companions.

Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families
  • Ability to take direction and organise the work requirements within the scope of the job.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary, professional team.
  • Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel. Experience in Database management and ecommerce would be an advantage

  • Valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check
