We are looking for a part-time Education Officer who will be responsible for supporting the administration, delivery and evaluation of the MBCN Professional Development and Support Program

If successful, you will be responsible for:

• User and course maintenance and reporting in LMS (Totora) and reporting hub
• Organising nurse participation in conferences and other external events
• Organisation of McGrath Foundation in-person education events
• Liaison with education providers
• Communications around professional development and education opportunities
• General administrative support for the Nursing Program team

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Computer literacy – Microsoft 365
• Experience in education / professional development administration
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both within a team and independently
• Advanced organisational and time management skills
• Previous experience maintaining and developing educational content in an LMS preferred
• Experience analysing data and preparing reports preferred
