More about the role:

The role of the Supporter Care Officer is to provide an outstanding customer service to our supporters to strengthen and retain their engagement with us.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Handling all queries, requests and complaints from supporters across multiple communication channels.
  • Contacting supporters to thank them for their gift, update their payment details as required or manage cancellations if requested.
  • Ensuring data is kept up to date, accurate and secure within our CRM.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve or streamline current processes where possible.
  • Supporting with other fundraising activities, including regular giving and appeals.

This is a permanent full-time position, based in the Sydney CBD. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with the team working 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a warm, engaging and articulate individual with a mix of the following attributes:

  • At least two years’ experience in customer service and administration preferably in a not-for-profit fundraising environment.
  • Experience using a CRM database (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and be a strong team player.
