Responsibilities:

As a Home Care Employee, your role will encompass a diverse range of tasks and offer flexible work hours. We prioritise the well-being of the elderly and support our employees in creating a meaningful difference.

Essential Requirements:

We're looking for individuals who possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated empathy and a caring approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle
• Proficiency in using a smartphone/tablet or willingness to learn

Qualifications:

• Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent
• Competency in medication administration
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s License
