The purpose of this position is to facilitate Allied Health research in the area of paediatric oncology. This includes participating in existing clinical trial and other research studies being conducted in this area and initiating new research projects. You will be expected to support Allied Health clinicians and clinician-researchers in project design, implementation, data analysis and publication. You will address the challenges of conducting clinical research for Allied Health professionals and promote research and evaluation projects that can translate to improved outcomes for children and adolescents impacted by cancer. You will be expected to foster collaborations with key campus researchers and external organisations (e.g., ANZCHOG VCCC etc.) and to undertake grant applications with the aim of securing research funds. You will participate as a member of the Cancer and Chronic Illness group, contributing to multidisciplinary research activities and team/theme activities as requested.
