The Position

This is a true business partner role. You will partner with local management to build strong rapport to ensure that their needs are met and that they are fully supported to achieve great outcomes for the recipients of Melba’s services. You will work across the full employee life cycle, responsible for recruitment, workforce planning, wellbeing, IR and ER issues and you will be a key contributor to an excellent corporate culture. This exciting position will see you leading the HR support function in Morwell, with support from the Lilydale People & Culture team, including Industrial Relations, Learning & Development, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, and Manager HR Business Partners.

You are a skilled communicator and people person and have a record of success in developing and optimising relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Melba Support Services complies with the National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Screening Check, you will be required to undergo NDIS Safety Screening and Working with Children checks.
