Melba are seeking two experienced Quality Practice Mentor/Coaches to provide hands on coaching support to staff and teams to ensure people purchasing Melba services receive high quality outcome-based supports. You will role model and mentor line managers in contemporary work practices reflecting positive and active support, ensure accurate completion of Human Rights Checklists for people receiving supports, translate Personal Outcomes Measures into lived opportunities for people supported and ensure quality compliance with incident reporting and complaints management.
Our Ideal Candidate:
You are positive, energetic, committed to contemporary practice approaches, including Human Rights, positive behaviour support and person-centre active support with expertise in coaching and mentoring. You must be highly flexible and adaptable and can demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills by building collaborative relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate a commitment to service excellence.

Successful candidates will be required to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
