The Regional Workforce Coordinator is responsible for Melba Casual Workforce within a designated catchment. The role of the Regional Workforce Coordinator provides direct line management to the Melba Casual workforce and is charged with ensuring the ongoing availability and engagement of casual staff. This role, whilst working for the Workforce Hub within Business Operations acts as an extension of the Regional Outcomes team, and therefore is based and embedded at the Morwell office.
