This pivotal and impactful position provides specialised person-centred advocacy, education and information to aboriginal women, children and families seeking additional support due to Family Domestic Violence (FDV). The role works to identify risks providing tailored support, education and resources to empower decision making.
You’ll have in-depth understanding and experience of the impacts of FDV and the ability to work effectively in culturally diverse environments. With an empowering approach you’ll have the ability to foster relationships, build trust and confidence in those you advocate for, with strong sector networks that support effective access to available resources.
