The Occupational Therapist - The Independent Living Team (ILT) is funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). This is an exciting opportunity to be the key participant in project design/implementation to address demand management i.e. clinical triage, group design, waitlist management strategies.

As an Occupational Therapist in the program, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clinical presentations with clients over 65 years of age through the rapid reablement service as well as CHSP entry level clients. The ILT is an Allied Health Team which has Physio's, Podiatrists, Speech pathologist, Dietetics, Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants.
