Your new role

As a HARP Respiratory Nurse you will be responsible for:

• Provide high standard of clinical care for clients with Chronic Respiratory Disease in accordance with best practice guidelines including Chronic Respiratory Disease specialist assessment, education, care planning and referrals.
• Improve self-management and health outcomes through provision of education on anatomy and physiology of relevant lung condition, symptom recognition, medications, exercise, effective use of inhalers and spacers, breathing technique, exercise tolerance; advanced clinical assessment and assistance with exacerbation management.
