Merri Outreach Support Service (MOSS) is dedicated to empowering individuals experiencing homelessness by connecting them with housing and support services. We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Older Persons Support and Connect Program. This key leadership role focuses on improving the well-being, housing stability, and social connectedness of older adults at risk of homelessness or isolation.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in community services, social work, or a related field, along with strong knowledge of aged care, disability services, and public housing systems. Proven leadership and management skills, with a focus on staff development and client outcomes, are essential. The ability to manage funding streams and navigate complex reporting requirements is also necessary. A qualification in management would be highly regarded.
