Wellspring Children and Families Hub is part of a network of services that aims to provide opportunities and resources to parents and their children. The Hub has specific strategies to support children from birth to 5 years old and their parents who are experiencing crisis such as domestic and family violence, and homelessness, health and other social issues where dedicated service to children will assist the family through adversity.
As Hub Coordinator you will create a collaborative process for the referral of children to the occasional childcare service, and the development and use of the Hub for a range of other programs for parents and children.
This is a fixed term, full time role to 30 August 2022 (with the possibility to extend) with a minimum of 38 hours of work available per week and is classified under the SCHADS Award as a Level 5.
