- Provide leadership to the Marketing team to promote a high performing, harmonious work team focused on the achievement of organisational objectives.
- Directly responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the integrated marketing and communications strategies for all genU businesses and brand portfolios to drive the growth agenda.
- Define and implement the brand and value proposition for each of the genU businesses, products and services.
- Lead and undertake key marketing, communications and business initiatives that contribute to the development and execution of genU's strategies.
- Manage the design and implement marketing campaigns, including online/web-based campaigns, to promote genU and it's products and/or services
- Provide a consulting role within the organisation on issues management, internal and external communication, marketing and brand
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in delivering against growth targets implementing and tracking marketing campaigns and communications impact
- Strategic experience in resolving operational issues and contributing to the development of enterprise wide strategies.
- Experience in developing digital marketing campaigns
- Experience in market research and analysing market trends
