About Our Client

Our client is a national NFP that provides numerous programs and services for people with disability as well as children and young people with a history of adversity.

Job Description

  • Oversee and leverage information from national customer phone and online enquiries.
  • Content generation (prepare and develop written content, visual, video) for all marketing channels (including client stories), ensuring content is kept up to date across all touch points.
  • Ensure branding guidelines are followed across all marketing touch points.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns - EDM's, Website, Google, Facebook, Linked In.
  • Update and monitor digital presence across web and social platforms.
  • Develop and maintain all marketing collateral (banners, brochures, merchandise, website product content).

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing or associated role
  • Experience working in a not for profit or social purpose setting preferred but not essential
  • Extremely proficient at using the Microsoft Suite, a CRM platform and data extraction
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • A good understanding of CX
  • Analytical thinking and data Analysis - understands the operating environment and makes decisions based on fact-based analysis
  • Commercial thinking - practically applies technical/functional expertise and challenges the status quo in contributing to business success
